AutoRacingTechnik fire extinguisher bracket for Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ is the only non-symmetrical bracket in a 2 part design with a quick release feature. This allows temporary relocation in of the fire extinguisher (without the use of any tools) so that the passenger/drivers seat can make use of full slide travel of front seats to provide extra legroom in the cabin. Bespoked design is precision cut from high strength aluminium that is powder coated in seat frame satin black for that OEM "factory look". Safety with no cabin space compromise. This product is proudly designed and manufactured in Melbourne, Australia.
When installed into either the driver or passenger seat of the Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ, together with a suitable fire extinguisher, it meets all CAMS/FIA requirements for race track use. Installation takes minutes with multiple slot-holes accepting a wide range of fire extinguishers/cradles. Installation kit comes complete with replacement high tensile strength grade 12.9 seat mounting fasteners (Original factory come with lower tensile strength fasteners).
A practical solution for the safety conscious daily driver, who likes to be prepared in an emergency, but does not want to lose or reduce the front leg room area. Designed to fit onto either the driver or passenger seat in Right Hand Drive or Left Hand Drive Toyota GT86/Subaru BRZ, this aluminium alloy mounting bracket is non-symmetrical to allow more access when getting in or out of the vehicle
